Coaching that adapts to you

Approximately 35–40 hours of coached training, combining technical on-court work, match play and physical preparation on court and at the beach.

A dedicated recovery session includes cold plunge, sauna and jacuzzi. Training intensity, session length and recovery will adapt to fatigue and individual needs throughout the camp.
