LEVERDEZ12000 is a single-member simplified joint-stock company.


ARTICLE I

The products and services offered by LEVERDEZ12000 should not be construed as legal or professional advice. Furthermore, they are intended for personal use only.
LEVERDEZ12000 cannot be held liable in the event of any financial loss or if the results do not meet the customer’s expectations.


ARTICLE II

Developing your game can be rewarding, but it can also involve a physical risk.
By subscribing to the products/services offered by LEVERDEZ12000 or by visiting the website, the customer acknowledges that LEVERDEZ12000 cannot be held responsible for inherent physical risks associated with the training proposed.
Under no circumstances can LEVERDEZ12000 guarantee the success of its customers, nor can it be held liable for physical injury related to playing badminton.


ARTICLE III

A LEVERDEZ12000 customer agrees not to cause any moral or legal harm to the website in the event that they deem their personal results unsatisfactory.
LEVERDEZ12000 disclaims all liability for any damage whatsoever suffered following the use of a LEVERDEZ12000 product or service.


ARTICLE IV

By subscribing, the customer undertakes to refrain from any form of disparagement with regard to LEVERDEZ12000.
“Disparagement” is defined as publicly casting discredit on the company or its products or services.
LEVERDEZ12000 reserves the right to take legal action against the author of any comments that could harm the company.

ARTICLE VI – GENERAL REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This article applies to all products and services sold by LEVERDEZ12000. If a product or service is not mentioned in any of the articles above, the customer should refer to this article.
LEVERDEZ12000 will issue a full refund for the purchased program if the customer’s request is made within 7 days from the date of the transaction, and only if no Coaching Session with a Coach or a member of LEVERDEZ12000 has taken place.
This request must be sent by email to contact@leverdezbadminton.com.
If the refund request is not made within the aforementioned time frame, LEVERDEZ12000 reserves the right to refuse the refund. Furthermore, in the event of a membership via installment payments, the customer must continue to pay all remaining installments in full.
If the refund request is made after the customer has already used a Coaching Session with a Coach or a member of LEVERDEZ12000, NO REFUND will be granted.
Once a Coaching Session with a LEVERDEZ12000 Coach has taken place, the service is considered delivered and all sales are final.
In the event of a membership via installment payments, the customer must pay all installments in full.
Payment of a deposit (arrhes) to reserve a program or service does not entitle the customer to any refund.
In the event of a refund, the member’s area and any services to which the customer was entitled will be deactivated immediately.
The refund will be processed within 30 days from receipt of the refund request.
Once the withdrawal period (7 days) has passed, the customer is responsible for paying all installments in full.


Badminton Training Camps in Indonesia

Inclusions:

The camp fee includes sports activities, lodging with breakfast, coaching, lunch meals, and activities that are mentionned in the program.

Cancellation by the Participant :

Article 1

From registration to 3 months before the camp: 50% of the total price is retained.

From 3 months to less than 15 days before the camp: 100% of the total price is retained.

Medical Cancellations:

If cancellation occurs due to a medical reason, the participant may be refunded for the flight ticket cost by it's own travel insurance, no refund from LEVERDEZ12000 will be made.


If the injury occurs:
From registration to 3 months before the camp: Refer to Article 1.
From 3 months to less than 15 days before the camp: Maximum refund of the flight ticket cost by participant own travel insurance if available.

Cancellation by the Organizer :

If the minimum number of 10 participants is not met, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp.

Notification will be given at least 1 month before the camp start date.

The participant may opt for another camp within the year or receive a full refund.


Internal Regulations

Fair Play & Sportsmanship – Participants must show respect toward coaches, teammates, and opponents at all times. Any form of cheating, unsportsmanlike behavior, or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated.

Punctuality & Commitment – Participation in all sporting activities is mandatory. Participants are expected to be on time for all scheduled activities and respect the training schedule. Repeated tardiness may result in disciplinary actions.

Respect for Facilities & Equipment – All participants must care for the sports equipment and training facilities. Any damage due to negligence or inappropriate behavior may result in financial responsibility.

Zero Tolerance for Bullying & Discrimination – Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind (based on gender, race, nationality, religion, or ability) is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate disciplinary action.

Social Media & Privacy Policy – Participants must respect the privacy of others. Any unauthorized recording, photography, or social media posting of other participants, staff, or event activities without consent is prohibited.

Curfew & Lights-Out Policy – If the camp includes overnight stays, a curfew must be followed. All participants must be in their assigned accommodations and respect quiet hours to ensure proper rest.

Dress Code & Personal Hygiene – Proper sports attire must be worn during all training sessions. Participants are expected to maintain good hygiene, including showering after training and wearing clean gear.

Use of Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices – Phones and other electronic devices must be silenced or turned off during training sessions and team activities. Excessive use of electronic devices during camp hours may lead to restrictions.

Environmental Responsibility – Participants must keep the training area clean, dispose of waste properly, and avoid unnecessary energy and water consumption.

Parental Contact & Emergency Protocols – For minors, a clear communication protocol must be in place to inform parents in case of injuries, rule violations, or emergencies.

Medical & Injury Protocols – Any injury, no matter how minor, must be reported to the coaching staff immediately. Participants are responsible for carrying their necessary medical prescriptions.

Alcohol & Substance Abuse Policy – Any possession, use, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances inside the activities handled by LEVERDEZ12000 is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Respect for Cultural Sensitivities – Participants must respect the local customs, traditions, and laws of the host country.

Insurance and Liability

LEVERDEZ12000 is covered by civil liability insurance for organizational negligence.

Participants must have personal insurance coverage for any accidents or damages.

Departure Policy

During the Camp:

If an injury or illness requires early departure, a partial refund may be granted based on the remaining camp duration.

Voluntary departures without medical justification will not be refunded.

End of the Camp:

Participants may only leave at the scheduled end time unless approved by the responsible adult.


ARTICLE VII

These General Terms and Conditions were updated on february 10 , 2025.
LEVERDEZ12000 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice.


ARTICLE VIII – APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting or subscribing to LEVERDEZ12000, the visitor or member agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the company’s head office.
